Uniform & Industrial Laundry

Keeping Uniform Plants Running

Washers and dryers rarely come down on the big components. They come down on a shock, a latch spring, an inlet seal. We keep those on the shelf, with your pricing on every product page once you log in and most stock items shipping the same day.

The uniform plant problem

What actually stops a uniform plant

It is rarely the machine itself. It is a shock, a sling closure that let go, or a cart that will not roll, and it happens on the shift when nobody has the part. These are the four patterns we see on the floor.

It is never the big component

Washers come down on a shock, a door latch spring, an inlet seal or a solenoid valve. All cheap parts, and all the ones least likely to be on your shelf when you need them.

Slings fail at the straps first

The body of a sling outlasts its straps and closure by a wide margin. Patching them costs loads, and a replacement bought on size alone never quite fits the cart.

Carts take the worst of the plant

Trux get loaded past capacity, rammed into door frames and parked outside. One seized caster slows every move on the floor and nobody logs it as downtime.

One backorder idles a line

A part on a three week lead time can hold up a washroom and every route that depends on it, no matter how well the rest of the plant is running.

Specified for uniform work

Six categories that carry a uniform plant

Every category is stocked and orderable on the site. Pick the one you need and order what fits the machines you run.

Fits your floor

We fit the line you already run

The washers on a uniform floor are mostly Braun, Ellis and Brim. The dryers are mostly Challenge Cook, Braun and Lavatec. We carry shocks, door latch kits, inlet seals, valves, bearings and drive components for all of them. Pick your brand and shop the parts that fit it.
